No need to worry about the data lose, you will have your own admin panel from where you can export to different format of reports and backup will be available as per your plan.

It changes you audit work in fun, no need to stay connected to internet, no need of pc, You can straight away start your audit from your phone or tablet. You can sync all the audit project when you have internet access and generate different report and share with the others.
How does it work?
There is nothing difficult to start with it, just sign up for your credential, create user in the admin panel. Download application from appropriate store in your device and log in with the credential and start your audit. Detail description is given in the user guide and also instruction guide is available in the application itself.
What support you provide?
We will do our best to provide you support in all kind of queries you have. Ticket and forum support is all setup in the site and in case it doesn’t resolve your query you can always send mail for the same.
Is there a demo of the app?
As a part of the application demo we have our standalone application available in the android and apple store. You can download application and check it; this system is almost like these standalone version and lot more.

I have existing 5s audit data. How can I migrate that to cloud version?
If you have existing standalone version of 5s audit application and want to export all audits to cloud version you can do it in very simple way. Just go in the report tab and export the audit as Pipe delaminated value and save that report. In admin panel we have provide the import facility to load all the audit project in the cloud version.
How can I give access to company employees or auditors?
The best part of this system is that you can have multiple users who can work at their own time and submit their report to admin. Just create the auditor in the admin panel, activate them and they can access it from anywhere.
What data security are you providing?
As part of the data security we have planed whole system in a way that each user will have its own space and database, which is only accessible by that group of people.
What if my data is lost?
We backup you data as per your plan, you don’t have to worry about it. You can access backup for any date from the past one-year. Based on your plan if its for daily we take back up daily and if it monthly we take backup at end of the month.
If I edit questions in the questionnaire will it have any effect in existing audit?
Yes, if you edit the questionnaire with which the audit has been done than in the existing audit this edited question will appear. So if you wish not to change the question in the existing audit you can create new questionnaire and edit the question in this way the older audit will have same question and you can use this new questionnaire for the new audit. If you don’t want to create new questionnaire you can generate PDF report of existing audit and save it than edit the question.
Will changes in the question take place automatically in the application?
No, In order to have edited question in the application, Application user needs to sync the data from the mobile application. Once the data is synced the latest questions and other changes will be loaded in the mobile application.
How many auditor I can create as admin?
In the admin panel you can create unlimited auditor, but the maximum active auditor will be limited to the plan you have signed up for. Also once you activate any user you cannot deactivate him/her until the end of the term, which is one year. So if you have created 5 auditors and your plan is of 3 users than maximum 3 users can be activated at same time, and you cannot deactivate once user is activated.
